Karen Gould has served as a member of the board of directors of Rev Renewables, LLC since May 2022. Ms. Gould currently serves as Chief Executive Officer and founder of Gould Consulting Group, where she advises boards and executives on strategy, leadership and governance matters. Ms. Gould served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of The Turner Construction Company from 2017 to 2021 and as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer from 2011 to 2017, overseeing the company’s finance, information technology, cybersecurity, risk management, insurance, marketing and communications. Previously, Ms. Gould held various senior executive positions in the telecommunications industry, including at Bell Canada, AT&T, Centerpost Corporation, and Ameritech Corporation, and was also a founding principal of several start-ups. Prior to that, she served as an investment banker at Kidder, Peabody & Company where she focused on serving technology and other high-growth companies.

Ms. Gould currently serves on the Board of Directors of Gil Bar Industries, Inc. and represents Golden Seeds Venture Fund as an Observer on the Board of Directors for Chromatic 3D Materials. She served on the Board of Directors and as Audit Committee Chair of Orbcomm Inc (NASDAQ: ORBC) from 2018 to 2021. She also served on the Boards of Directors of Turner Construction and several of its affiliates between 2011 and 2021.

Ms. Gould received an M.B.A. with honors from the University of Chicago and a B.S.B. in Finance from Indiana University.
